Attempt at landscape artwork part 2
After I applied the base colors, I decided to detail the trees first.
Here's how it looks so far:
The sky consisted of 4-5 shades of blue and 1 shade of white. Then using Grainy Blender I let the blend take its own course to form the "clouds". I will be adding sun rays towards the end of this.
The boat base consisted of 4 shades of purple blended together with Grainy Water. The mast, consisted of 2 shades of brown and 2 shades of orange, was also blended with Grainy Water. The sails consisted of a white and 2 shades of light gray, blended with the same brush, and then the " folds" were airbrushed in with Detail Oils Brush and blended lightly with Grainy Water.
The house consisted of several shades of yellow and brown and underwent 3 blends. The windows were "outlined" with Wet Oil and the window glass had 3 shades of blue applied and 1 shade of white (again, blended with Grainy Water .)
The vine was drawn in with Wet Oil ; letting it bleed a bit, I added in some "leaves" on the vine.
