Sketch Practice 1 - female & male face

I was watching (still watching rather....) How to Draw videos by Mark Crilley and decided to apply some of the tips I've seen so far.
This was also a chance for me to find a different sketching brush (as you can see with the brush types I used for this sketch practice.)

Female face on left, Male face on right. Brushes used are written in the sketch. The reason why I used two brushes for the female's face was because I decided to use 2B pencil to draw in the hair rather than the colored pencil.
