Added more to rough sketches of character redesign assignment

I decided that just line work (or rough line work in this case) wasn't enough and opted to pick color palettes for each of the 4 redesigned characters.
Croc Croc looks extra menacing now, in my opinion.
Tinks' color palette is definitely a work in progress. At the moment she shares a similar color palette to Peter Pangea's.
